At Lead2Change, a Success Partner is any person or group providing opportunities to help our students thrive — both personally and professionally. This includes Board Members, Corporate Ambassadors, Volunteers, and other engaged stakeholders who contribute time, resources, expertise, or opportunities.

Lead2Change students complete a pre/post skills assessment survey rating their confidence in various career and life skills.
Participants use a scale of 1 to 10 for self-assessment, where 10 represents a high level of confidence and 1 indicates below-average confidence. Every year, students exhibit significant growth in each of the 27 life/career skills measured.
