Sponsor a Technology Upgrade
($200 to $1,000+)

At Lead2Change, our classes now run four days a week and our students need access to reliable technology to stay engaged, explore their interests, and excel. That’s why our year-end goal is to raise $25,000 to purchase 50 laptops and two mobile charging carts. Every gift moves us closer to a future where no student is held back due to a lack of technology.​​

 

We invite you to partner with us in one of three impactful ways:

  • Tech Titan ($1,000+): Boldly invest in tomorrow’s leaders

  • Cart Crusader ($1,000): Fund one of two essential Chromebook carts

  • Tech Buddy ($200–$300): Equip a student with a Chromebook

Support a Dream.Explore.Build. Class
($25, $50, $75, or $100 one time or monthly donation)

Our goal is to have 100 people support us so that we can ensure that all our students receive a world-class experience, including a paid summer career practicum.

Sponsor an Event or Activity
($100 or $250)

  • Sponsor an interview outfit for 2 students and receive periodic updates directly from the student(s), along with special invitations to events where you can meet and interact with students - $100.

  • Sponsor 5 M-Cards for Dream.Explore.Build. students to travel to and from weekly career-readiness programming in preparation for their summer career practicums and receive periodic updates directly from the student(s), along with special invitations to events where you can meet and interact with students - $250.

Sponsor A Student for Dream.Explore.Build. Scholarship
($2,500)

  • Student will receive 150 hours of career-readiness programming though our Brick by Brick Curriculum.

  • Receive periodic updates directly from the student(s)

  • Special invitations to events where you can meet and interact with students

  • Listed as a Pipeline Builder on our website and marketing materials

Seven-Week Paid Career Practicum Experience

Sponsor an Etiquette Boot Camp for 100 students
($5,000)

  • Students will learn about confidence, professional speech and attire, the art of networking and interviewing, resume construction and more.

  • Listed as a Pipeline Partner on our website and marketing materials

Sponsor A Cohort
($25,000)

  • Special invitations to events where you can meet and interact with students

  • Naming rights for sponsored cohort

  • Logo on our summer cohort shirt

  • Listed as a Pipeline Champion on our website and marketing materials

  • Cohorts are career-specific and taught by college students enrolled in those pathways. They are designed to give students an opportunity to explore prospective careers with other students

If you are connected to a corporation and would like to provide a one-time experience
for a student, please reach out to us. We would love to partner with you to help us
accomplish our goal of strengthening Milwaukee’s talent pipeline.
